Get Your Glow On

Dermaplaning

Elevate your skincare routine with our Luxury Dermaplane, a manual exfoliation treatment that leaves your skin feeling radiant and refreshed.

Using a small surgical scalpel, we carefully exfoliate at a 45-degree angle, removing dead skin cells, trapped oil, dirt, and pesky vellus ‘peach fuzz’ hair.

Benefits include:

  • Enhanced absorption of facial products

  • Smoother skin texture

  • Reduced appearance of acne scars

  • Diminished fine lines and wrinkles

  • Flawless makeup application

  • Instant results with no downtime

This treatment is recommended every 4 weeks to align with your skin's natural renewal cycle, ensuring you achieve the best possible results.

And rest assured, contrary to popular belief, the hair does not grow back thicker or darker.

Am I going to grow a beard after?

Absolutely not! Vellus hair (the fine 'peach fuzz') is different from the coarser hair on other parts of the body. When it grows back, it will do so at the same rate and thickness as before. Rest assured, none of our Dermaplaning clients have reported any beard growth here in Devon!

Does it hurt?

Not at all. You will feel no pain during this treatment.

Can I wear makeup afterwards?

It's recommended to leave your skin squeaky clean for a day after your treatment, but after that, you can wear makeup as normal. In fact, makeup will apply much better and look smoother after Dermaplaning!

Is it suitable for everyone?
Dermaplaning is suitable for most skin types. However, those who are acne-prone should exercise caution. If you have a lot of active acne, the treatment may not go ahead, as the scalpel cannot be used over those areas. One or two pimples can be avoided, but if you have a large breakout, please contact us prior to your appointment for advice.
